I am Emily Logan Stedman

I am a commercial-litigation partner at Husch Blackwell, LLP—an AmLaw 100 firm with a coast-to-coast presence.

I am dedicated to improving attorney well-being for stakeholders throughout the legal profession. I move the needle within my sphere of influence through:

🏆 creating end-of-life documents for public servants and first responders;

🏆 representing incarcerated individuals on appeal;

🏆 challenging the conditions of confinement at Wisconsin's juvenile prison; and

🏆 obtaining a favorable jury verdict for defamation damages against a Sandy Hook conspiracy theorist (affirmed in all aspects on appeal).
