For my new followers: I’m Emily, a commercial litigator at a rapidly growing, climbing the AmLaw scale, nationwide firm—Husch Blackwell.

I help businesses (of all shapes and sizes) diagnose potential and existing contract disputes, before and as the relationship falters or concludes, and through all aspects of litigation.
