2.11.24 Sunday Reset

For about two weeks, I’ve been trying to #breakthestresscycle as often as I can—with a goal of 30 days.
What’s the stress cycle? In simple terms: it is shaking off the day.
I tend to hold a lot of stress in my body.
I also have developed the bad habit of being a couch-riding disassociator.
To try to break that tendency—to stay still, unless forced—I set a goal to get moving.
Not to lose weight.
Not to get stronger.
But to feel better—mentally and physically, because I’ve shaken off the day.
Today was day 12/30–a 10-minute warm up and 30-minute peloton ride.
For better or worse, I always feel better when I move. Here’s to breaking the stress cycle more often than not the rest of this month and then some.
