When LinkedIn (rightfully) removed sleeper and spam accounts, I thought 7,000 followers was much further away.
 
And yet: here we are. I’m grateful for each of you.
 
Y’all motivate me. You help me know I’m doing something worthwhile.
 
With this milestone, let me reintroduce myself:
 
I’m Emily, a senior associate and commercial litigator at Husch Blackwell--an #AmLaw100, Midwest-based, full-service law firm.
 
I love litigating. It is what I’m meant to do.
 
At the same time: I’m passionate about pulling the veil back on #biglaw.
 
Surviving and thriving in #biglaw is not impossible and how to do it should not be a secret.
 
Related to that: #lawyerwellbeing must be a focus for the profession going forward. Change is happening, change is coming, and I will be part of the improvements.
