Advice to Summers

My first year in #biglaw is a blur.

I don’t remember much about that first year specifically.

And, candidly, I did not summer at a big firm.

When I think about my first year, what stands out are the friendships that started to form and that would follow in the years after.

Camaraderie with and kindness towards those around you—associates, staff, everyone—will get you through the hard times and sticky moments.

What advice do you have for summer associates starting this week (and even to first year associates)?
