Cannot Live Without

Three things I cannot live without, because they play an important role in my mental health and well-being:

⏰ My Hatch alarm clock—the customizable evening routines and gentle wake up options have changed my life.

📓 My bullet journal—I’m a paper planner girl. Bullet journaling allows me to keep all my lists and daily planning pages in one place. 2.75 years on, no looking back.

🧘🏻‍♀️ Headspace—This app taught me how to meditate. I’ve been using it regularly since 2016. Sometimes daily, sometimes when I am having an anxious moment. It’s there, and I rely on it.
