#Gratitude

I try to make this part of my daily, morning routine.

Three things I'm grateful for: fresh snow; my kind, sweet puppy; quiet, early mornings in the office.

Studies show that a consistent gratitude practice changes the brain.

I don't know a lot about that.

What I do know is that finding small, every-day things to be grateful for helps me reality-check my thoughts.
