March 2024 Recap

Last business day of March--and rounding out Q1 2024.

Before diving into April (and the #billablehour check in), let me reflect on March--quite the month.

🌟 We started in Houston--filing for summary judgment in a case and visiting the rodeo.

🌟 Then there was Austin for HB University, a jam packed, productive week of my partner class and others in their first 4 years of being partner.

🌟 On the marketing front, I had another podcast interview, recorded video content for something exciting coming soon, and business development coaching is in full swing.

🌟 I got to appear on an ABA Women Rainmakers panel, which is turning into articles and additional spotlights--very, very exciting.

🌟 I started working on several new matters--all very different and all very interesting.

🌟 I kept playing tennis, had a game night with friends, and several lunches with current and former colleagues.

🌟 We rounded it out with two nights on the town--a lot for me. But catching up with a dear friend and going to a fun concert was worth it.

April is looking just as full, and I'm looking forward to it.

Life moves fast as an adult--faster each year. Taking time to remind myself of the life I'm living helps me know I'm on the right track (and when I'm not, I see that too and adjust accordingly).
