Do you have three wins from this week so far?

I do:

🧘‍♂️ I made it on time to the first two (of three) sessions of a meditation** course. This means I left work a little early--and did it without guilt.

😴 After less than ideal sleep hours last week, I've gotten good, deep, restful sleep the first nights of this week.

💻 I'm successfully back into my WFH/RTO schedule: Mondays at home, Tuesdays/Wednesdays/Thursdays in the office, Friday at home.

Seriously: How are you winning so far this week?

No moment is too small.

**I often confuse meditation and mediation now. Seems fitting, and I try to let it slide.
