Struggle.
I struggle sometimes.
Like, really struggle: mentally, physically, emotionally.
Sometimes, I’m overwhelmed and have to constantly decide what can wait and what cannot wait.
Sometimes, I’m over-scheduled and over-socialed, in a way that makes sleep feel like my only relief.
What gets me through?
Looking at the journey.
It's a long one--a marathon, not a sprint.
But, the journey is full of opportunities.
Opportunities I’ve waited for and worked toward for a very long time.
That perspective helps me know that calm and clarity will eventually return.
It helps me remember the cycles and ebbs and flows.
I know I have people in my corner and tools in my pocket to help me make the most of the journey--the highs and the lows.
