The stay-at-home orders rocked my world.

Being pulled from my routine, losing those daily interactions with my colleagues, spending hours at home alone (while my husband went to work), I struggled.

Having so much choice taken away, I lost it for a minute:

the confidence in this dream I have.

But, it's back.

I can see a future for myself here.

More than that, I can feel it.

The dream, the hope, the goals, those things get you through the hard times, which will continue to come and go.

But today: I see the horizon. I feel the possibilities.

And I like it here.
