The Middle

I've always said: change in #biglaw will come from the bottom.

Last week, it hit me: I'm not at the bottom anymore.

Today: I'm swimming in the middle.

And: I love it here. I'm proud I got here. I'm hopeful to continue bringing change along the way--and to open doors for those following after me.
