Taking my own advice is not easy. But alas, I’m trying. Leading by example is a core value for me.

Work is in a calm ebb. So, I will enjoy the low pressure. I will not take it for granted. I will rest, regroup, and chill.

When it gets crazy again—and it will—I don’t want to look back and wish I had taken advantage of the slow down.

Margot, my incredible English Bulldog, is my inspiration. She never misses a chance to lessen the pace.
