Balance

Q: How do you maintain a good work/life balance in your current/past work?

A: I don't.

The "balance" is admitting that the work is hard.

The "balance" is acknowledging that you want a life.

The "balance" is recognizing when you're imbalanced and returning to routines, habits, and systems that help you find balance again, even if just for a moment.

The "balance" is talking about the need for balance with your colleagues (in a meaningful way) and working together to try to find out what we can do better next time.

The "balance" is trying to find that "balance" and committing to trial and error until you find what you need in the next instant.
