I’m a litigator.

It’s hard for me to talk about what I do as a litigator.

Yes, some is in the public forum.

But, a lot of litigating is truly confidential and behind the scenes.

I pay attention to how others talk about their daily work, but I still hesitate.

I, of course, worry about the ethics of sharing.

It’s also hard for me to toot my own horn related to the actual work I do day-to-day.

But things happen that I’m very proud of.

Like, in the last 2.75 years, I’ve gone undefeated in arbitrations for an important client.

Not just defeating the claims against them, but, most recently, getting awards for fees and costs for the client.

Of course, litigating includes lots of losses.

It also includes lots of surprises, as humans are in charge of the decisions and humans (and the law) are unpredictable.

If you want to know more about corporate litigation, what do you want to know?

What would be helpful for me to share?

I'm all ears.
