Jackpot

When I first moved to Milwaukee, I would often walk through a lakeside neighborhood.
 
On those walks, I'd pick out and envision my new life at one of the lakeside mansions.
 
Where did the money come from to buy this dream house?
 
Winning the lottery, duh.
 
My lotto-winning plan?
 
Hire a trusts and estates attorney and loop in my financial advisor.
 
Stay as anonymous as possible (not great odds in Wisconsin).
 
Pay off student loans and debt.
 
Create funds for all family members.
 
Make donations to: Marietta City Schools, Camp Skyline, Wake Forest, Teach For America, Ole Miss, the Mississippi Law Journal, and some local Milwaukee initiatives.
 
And then, have some fun.
 
I definitely have some frivolous, materialistic items in this dream, don't you worry.
 
Anywho, we did not win the billion lotto last night, but it's fun to dream.
