Lead by Example

My definition of integrity: leading by example; practicing what I preach.

Yesterday, I leaned into #lawyerwellbeing by taking a spa day and girls trip to celebrate making partner--with a dear friend who also made it and another friend who is the queen of supporting other women.

Today, I give of my time to Wills for Heroes--a full day of creating end-of-life documents for first responders. I cannot imagine balancing the #biglaw life without including pro bono. It simply would not work for me.

In life--online and offline--being consistent to who you are is vital. If nothing else, I hope to portray such consistency in who I am and what I do, and to do it authentically.

I keep this in mind in everything I do. ✌
