LinkedIn: Lessons Learned

Today, I got to talk about something I love: LinkedIn.

I began posting regularly in the last quarter of 2020.

It escalated in 2021 and 2022 has left me speechless a number of times.

What have I learned?

💡 Being authentic resonates.

💡 Engaging with others' content fosters engagement with your own content.

💡 It takes a lot less time each day than you think it does.

Although I haven't quite figured out how to authentically incorporate my litigation work, speaking openly and genuinely about #BigLaw and #lawyerwellbeing has created a community and audience that is beyond what I ever could have imagined.

I am beyond grateful for each of you--from the silent viewers, to the direct-message supporters, to the active engagers.

I'm also grateful to Husch Blackwell. The firm and my colleagues have been so, so supportive of my efforts here, which makes it even more special.

Here's to more of you hopping on the LinkedIn content-creation train. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
