🧘‍♀️ Find a comfortable position.

😦 Take a deep breath in--as deep as you can.

🔢 Hold for four (one, two, three, four).

😦 Breathe out--as long and as deep as you can, sighing if helpful.

🔁 Repeat (three to five times).

🔔 Sometimes it is helpful to imagine blowing out all your stress and breathing in new light.

🔔 Notice your thoughts during this time. If you're like me, they'll run rampant. That is okay.

🔔 Reflect on your feelings or mood before and after. Come back to this whenever things feel heavy or hectic.
