Sometimes everything feels important.

It can all feel like an emergency,

Like we cannot get out of reaction mode.

When I feel overwhelmed,

When I feel tossed about,

Asking myself these questions about [this moment's stressor] lends perspective and helps me place [the not always a catastrophe] in context.

I can then regroup, figure out what actually matters right now, in this moment, and

get to work.
