No Meeting Monday

My second Monday in a row with 0-1 meeting(s).
I’ve been experimenting with time blocking for a year or so.
No-meeting days are rare and special.
So, I tried to block certain times, like Monday mornings and Friday afternoons.
Although this can lead to packed Tuesdays through Thursdays,
When it works, I feel spacious and much more at ease.
I can move the ball forward on multiple fronts and prepare for the week ahead more substantively.
Today, I have no meetings and I know this will set me up for a more productive and calmer week.
Instead of Sunday Scaries (or Monday Morning Scaries), I’m actually excited for the day.
