How to enforce them--if the other party breached the agreement.

How to address them--if the other party says you've breached the agreement.

Before the contract ends.

As it is winding up.

Before and through alternative dispute processes (arbitration, mediation).

Before and through full blown lawsuits.

As a first-year law student, dealing daily with contracts and civil procedure was not on my radar.

Today: I wouldn't have it any other way.

I love what I do and I hope, by the end of 2024, to have shown you a bit more about what it entails.
