Contracts

Contracts I--the first semester of law school--was my worst grade in law school (by a lot).

Today and every day, I review contracts and defend/prosecute breaches of contracts, and I love it.

Outside of trial and depositions, nothing is more satisfying than reading a contract and helping a client (or potential client) determine their rights when something has gone wrong in the relationship.

11 years ago, when preparing to graduate from law school, I would not have predicted this.

8 years ago, as my clerkship wound down, I would not have predicted this.

It's been a wild, up + down ride, and I wouldn't have it any other way.

I'm a business litigator and a business woman, and it is the best feeling.
